Summary: What’s the value of a “like” or a Twitter follower? What does adding 10,000 more fans really mean to your business’s bottom line? In this session we’ll help attendees identify which metrics make the most sense for measuring, analyzing and reporting on the ROI of their social media efforts. In particular, we’ll examine Facebook Insights; Google Analytics; discuss how to calculate the value of earned media and reach; and then how to package up all the data and present it to management. Additionally, we’ll discuss supplementing dashboards with qualitative data to complete the picture., The speaker for this event will be Dan Soschin, Director of Interactive Marketing at American Public University System.
