DESCRIPTION:Our Cast Off! program allows visitors the chance to sail in 
 classic boats.\nThe boats we use include: Admirable\, a Bristol Bay Gill
 netter\,  Amie\, a Friendship sloop\, Colleen Wagner\, an Egret Sharpie
 \, our long-boat Discovery\, our New Haven Sharpie Betsy D\, or a visitin
 g classic.\n\nBefore and after your sail take a walk on the docks and di
 scover the boats. Watch the volunteer crews rigging the boats. They’ll b
 e happy to answer any question you might have\, and you may even have a 
 chance to help with the rigging!\n\nWe sail rain or shine\, but wind con
 ditions may keep us at the dock. Reservations are taken day-of-sail only

DESCRIPTION:Over 200 volunteers in kayaks\, canoes\, row boats and motor
 ized craft remove 2-3 tons of trash annually from Lake Union\, Portage B
 ay and Union Bay.  All volunteers are invited to Lake Union Park at 8 am
  for coffee and breakfast snacks before starting the cleanup at 9 am.  A
 t 12 noon the cleanup is over and a lunch celebration with a fabulous pr
 ize drawing (must be present to win!) will take place at Lake Union Park
 .  Volunteers are also treated to a free Sweep shirt\, all provided by e
 vent sponsors and Puget Soundkeeper Alliance.\n\nOptions for volunteerin
 g include:\n•    Bringing your own kayak/canoe/boat and picking up trash
  from Lake Union\, Portage Bay and/or Union Bay\n•    Walking the shorel
 ine picking up trash\n•    Habitat restoration\, pulling blackberries an
 d weeds\, at a site adopted by the Eastlake Community Council\n•    Borr

 classic boats.\nThe boats we use include: Admirable\, a Bristol Bay Gill

 \, our long-boat Discovery\, our New Haven Sharpie Betsy D\, or a visitin
 g classic.\n\nBefore and after your sail take a walk on the docks and di
 scover the boats. Watch the volunteer crews rigging the boats. They’ll b
 e happy to answer any question you might have\, and you may even have a 
 chance to help with the rigging!\n\nWe sail rain or shine\, but wind con

DESCRIPTION:Our Cast Off! program allows visitors the chance to sail in 
 classic boats.\nThe boats we use include: Admirable\, a Bristol Bay Gill
 netter\,  Amie\, a Friendship sloop\, Colleen Wagner\, an Egret Sharpie
 \, our long-boat Discovery\, our New Haven Sharpie Betsy D\, or a visitin
 g classic.\n\nBefore and after your sail take a walk on the docks and di
 scover the boats. Watch the volunteer crews rigging the boats. They’ll b
 e happy to answer any question you might have\, and you may even have a 
 chance to help with the rigging!\n\nWe sail rain or shine\, but wind con
 ditions may keep us at the dock. Reservations are taken day-of-sail only
  at the CWB front desk. This is a popular activity so please arrive earl
 y to reserve a spot\, we open at 10am. Rides are always at 2pm\, and som
 etimes also at 3pm.
