 gency Planning Committee (LEPC) meeting will be held on Wednesday\, May 
 30\, 2012 at 9:00 AM at Florian Hall located at 55 Hallet Street in Dorc
 hester.  \n\nWe are pleased to have the following speakers:\n\nLeonard B
 . Wallace\, IV\nEnvironmental Scientist\nEPA New England\n\nMr. Wallace 
 is an Environmental Scientist within EPA’s RCRA\, EPCRA and Federal Faci
 lities Unit.  Len is the Regional Liaison to each of the six New England
  states’ State Emergency Response Commissions (SERC) and the Local Emerg
 ency Planning Committees (LEPC).  Len is an internationally recognized e
 xpert and a certified instructor in CAMEO Suite (includes CAMEO - Comput
 er-Aided Management of Emergency Operations\, ALOHA - Areal Location of 
 Hazardous Atmospheres\, and MARPLOT – Mapping Application for Response P
 lanning\, and Local Operational Task).  Mr. Wallace was 2006-2007award w
 inner of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship\, Training Excellence award a
 nd the Program Director at Harvard School of Public Health\, Center for 
 Continuing Professional Education for CAMEO Program. He is responsible f
 or representing EPA in emergency planning\, response\, preparedness\, de
 velopment\, and implementation with Federal\, state and local officials.
 \n\nPrior to joining EPA\, Len was the Chief of Enforcement and Complian
 ce Assistance for the Massachusetts’ Pesticide Bureau.  In this position
 \, Len interacted with numerous small businesses and establishments.  He
  also worked as a chemical production specialist for a high-quality chem
 ical manufacturer.  Len also taught high school science.\n\nMr. Wallace 
 has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University o
 f Maine.  He has pursued advance education at Brandeis University.\n\n\n
