Len is the Regional Liaison to each of the six New England states’ State Emergency Response Commissions (SERC) and the Local Emerg ency Planning Committees (LEPC). Len is an internationally recognized e xpert and a certified instructor in CAMEO Suite (includes CAMEO - Comput er-Aided Management of Emergency Operations\, ALOHA - Areal Location of Hazardous Atmospheres\, and MARPLOT – Mapping Application for Response P lanning\, and Local Operational Task). Mr. Wallace was 2006-2007award w inner of the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship\, Training Excellence award a nd the Program Director at Harvard School of Public Health\, Center for Continuing Professional Education for CAMEO Program. He is responsible f or representing EPA in emergency planning\, response\, preparedness\, de velopment\, and implementation with Federal\, state and local officials. \n\nPrior to joining EPA\, Len was the Chief of Enforcement and Complian ce Assistance for the Massachusetts’ Pesticide Bureau.
