The Minnesota Twins, in partnership with the National Sports Center, are excited to introduce the third year of the Twins Training Academy at the National Sports Center. The program provides amateur athletes with a way to continue developing their baseball skills in the offseason. Training the Twins way at the National Sports Center is a great way to prepare for next season's tryouts and improve your overall ability.

First Kicks Soccer Training - Session III

The First Kicks program is a specially designed developmental program for kids ages 5-8. The NSC Indoor Soccer League is played on infill turf. Three sessions are offered through the winter/spring. Age groups will play on the following days for Session II.

» Monday: Adult Coed; (start times 9 and 10 pm)

» Wednesday: Men’s Over 35; (start times 9 and 10 pm)
» Thursday: Men’s Competitive; (start times 9 and 10 pm)
» Friday: U17 Boys, U18/19 boys (start times 9 and 10 pm)
» Saturday: U9/10 boys and girls, U11 boys and girls, U12 boys and girls, U13 boys and girls, U14 boys and girls, U15 boys and girls, U16 boys and girls, U17 girls, U18/19 girls (games may start at 8 am with the youngest age groups first)

The Minnesota Twins, in partnership with the National Sports Center, are excited to introduce the third year of the Twins Training Academy at the National Sports Center. The program provides amateur athletes with a way to continue developing their baseball skills in the offseason. Training the Twins way at the National Sports Center is a great way to prepare for next season's tryouts and improve your overall ability.

MN Twins Senior Battery-Mate Session #2

Senior Session (14-18 years old)
Instruction includes a 30-minute warm-up followed by a monitored bullpen for pitchers each session. Catchers receive 30 minutes of skill instruction, including receiving, footwork and blocking, followed by a monitored bullpen with their battery mate each session.
