Sue Gross noted North Tahoe printmaker shares her expertise hosting printmaking classes during the summers and exhibits in local galleries. Cathy McClelland joins us; you may not know that she is a printmaker as well as a very accomplished acrylic painter. Janet Martin is an artisan here at North Tahoe Arts and is best known for her glass art, but little did we know that her secrete specialty is printmaking. Its central character, Willy Loman, a little man with modest dreams, towers over American dramatic literature. Exploring the gap between fathers and sons, the tragedy of misplaced ambitions, and the rightful definition of the American dream itself, “Death of a Salesman” speaks of human dilemmas and human truths...and it continues to have the power to speak to us today. A not-to-be-missed event: "Attention must be paid!”, Performances begin on Wednesday January 25 and continue through Sunday February 12 at the Nevada Theatre in Nevada City.
