The painting club members don ate each week toward the Guest Home’s Foundation and have so far raised approximately $6000.00 to put toward a new bladder scanner worth $12\,00 0.00. The purchase of a bladder scanner for Residents of the Guest Home will help to reduce the need for invasive diagnostics\, assist in diagn osing illnesses and will help prevent trips to the ER. The Painting Car a’s have also donated needed supplies for the Home’s Resident painting p rogram.\n\nTo Honour this generous group of painters\, the guest home ha ve created "The Painting Cara’s Art Gallery" displaying their creations and giving the public an opportunity to purchase these beautiful works o f art. An Art Gala will take place to mark both the grand opening of th is Art Gallery of Northside Painters along with the close of a weeklong Art Auction. The Residents of the Northside Community Guest Home have be en active painting with their program leaders\, Erma Carmichael and Mary Lee Jackson\, and their incredible works of Art\, along with paintings by Erma\, Mary Lee and a whole host of Northside painters\, will be up f or bidding from Friday\, June 8th to Friday\, June 15th. \n\nFunds rais ed at the Resident Auction will go toward the “Complete the Dream” campa ign.
