Not only can we enjoy a mindful yoga class in this way, but we will cultivate a more mindful way of living off the mat. Whether we are sweating our way through vigorous flows and long holds or melting into deep stretches, we will celebrate the precious present moment together. While some modifications will be offered, the prospective student should feel comfortable moving through sun salutations.

Sensual Touch in SkyDancing Tantra
Workshops
Touch…Perhaps the most erotic of our five senses. It is through touch that we learn to reach out to others and discover love. Touch brings us love and touch can teach us about the outside.
Many of us were taught at any early age to ignore our desire to touch and reach out to others. In fact, many of us did not receive the touch that we required to learn about love. Consequently, we are unsure how to go about connecting our heart and body to love. In Tantra, we learn to connect and to express our desires and open to love. We also learn to receive love. During this workshop we will be focusing on Tantric touch. We will first find our desires, feel the sensual energy that these desires bring us and express these to others. Finally, we will explore giving and receiving loving touch to/ from others. All personal boundaries will be honored. You will not be asked to do something that is unpleasant to you. There will be no nudity in this workshop.
This workshop is an excellent prelude to the upcoming Tantric Mass…

Moderate Yoga
With Laurel Soper
Come join us for an exploration into what it means to increase your flexibility, strength and balance as we age, honoring those physical attributes of our bodies that warrant extra attention. We'll do this through moderate movement, breathing practices, a little meditation, mantra and fun.
Everyone can be fabulous over 50 - just where you are!

It has given me the tools to be happy and comfortable in my body as it ages, realizing that the old standard of failing…
