Ths course covers the latest techniques to prepare you for your childbirth experience. Your instructor is Lamaze certified RN Master's prepared with labor and delivery experience! Class content includes labor and delivery, relaxation and breathing, pain management, coping with unexpected events, and the immediate post-partum period. St. Pete General recommends that you schedule to finish when you are approximately 36-27 weeks. Class fee is $65.00 per couple for the entire course. This series is offered over 4 weeks, the class series is offered monthly (except December) on Monday evenings 7:00 pm-9:00pm.
