I've been teaching Pilates since 2006 and have decided to try offering a class here independent of any gym or organization. It is essentially a Pilates mat class but we will be doing some glute, thigh, and arm toning segments as well as a few yoga stretches--I'm also a yoga instructor at WWCC =D. Join us to learn more about the winter birds of the Mid-Columbia. The WSU Raptor Club will be present to display live birds, including a golden eagle. Videographer Gaylord Mink will share his films of Bald Eagles and Northern Harriers. Participants will have a chance to join the Great Backyard Bird Count going on nationwide Feb. 17-20.
